My horns with BG20 where changed so many times,that I forgot what i did with it anyway.The cause of those changes was tne unpleasant sound who this driver makes at all.So,my friendly advice to you is to make for your BG20-s some BR or sealed enclosure,if you want to have good horns find some other driver .This is my personal oppinion,bassed on my personal expirience with BG20.

Please, do not use the geist4711 project. "1m BL-HORN" is meant to be a rear speaker in a home theater system. So do not expect any descent low frequencies. There are a lot of resonances and peaks, but it's normal for a 1m horn. My personal opinion is that geist4711 horns should be forbidden with law I believe that there are a lot of beginner enthusiasts (like me) that have build those projects and are not satisfied with the results.

My final version of this horn is:
- volume of the compression chamber is 9 l; filled with sand;
- throat area is 180 sq.cm; plywood board with smaller hole in it;
, and it still doesn't sound like a real horn should.

My advice: calculate a horn yourself or find another project (not geist4711);

Теперь буду думать, что же делать с готовыми панелями по чертежам "1mBL-HORN".
Фанера уже нарезана, но ящики ещё не сделаны.

Пошел пить водку.... и делать закрытый ящик в 30L для bg20, как советует Visaton

Получается, что bg20 в исполнении HORN - ничего хорошего. Понял.
Ну что же делать? Динамики куплены, фанера нарезана.
Кто-нибудь из вас делал 100-литровый ящик на bg20 с хорошим (для bg20 ) звуком , что можно порекомендовать мне с учетом готовых заготовок из хорошей фанеры, т.е 26х38х98 см внутреннего объёма ?
Усилитель ламповый однотактный на EL34
Менять динамики на другие пока нет возможности.
Сейчас рассматриваю вариант фазоинвертора

I think that it's still possible for you to calculate another contour for the horn and fit it in the original project dimensions.
Do not throw away the whole idea of BG20 and horns. It is a good speaker to start with.

Try with 7-8l chamber and ~ 190 sq. cm throat.
